Shipox delivery management software regularly and consistently updates its features to stay on top of the industry standards. Here are some of the feature updates that took place in the first couple of months of 2022:

Driver fee and Wallet 💰 – Shipox has recently introduced the Driver’s fee and Driver’s Wallet features, where you can give 50% of the delivery charges to the driver himself. You can also have validation for Driver Fee. Public Change Commission was also added.
Dynamic CSV 📝 – The following fields were added to the Dynamic CSV file:

Enhanced notification settings 📤 – ${service_fee} . Right now, you can inform your customer how much you are charging them. Plus: ${service_type} . Now, you can inform your customer based on which service type order is delivered.
Enhanced finance settlement 📋 – Now Sender name and Service type are available in the finance settlement so it will be easier for users to identify for whom and based on which service type you are creating a settlement.
Customer daily reports 🗂 – Customers can receive daily reports of the orders which were created for them. You need just to activate the daily report from the customer profile and every morning 11am UAE time customers will start to get daily reports of their orders.
Enhanced package rule creation 📦 – Optimization of the system for efficient reaction in the creation of rules and settlements.
Minor bug fixes were also performed by Shipox delivery Management software.

Added ISW to the order exceptions 🧾 – It is one of the highly recommended features asked by customers and this is added successfully. Now you can use ”ISW order exception” for your mistaken orders.
Driver application 🔏 – Payment details added. If you see the current release in driver app, then as a driver you can check the service payments COD and Public fee separately mentioned. If COD is done by sender public service fee will be visible for the driver giving full clarity.
Added new status📍 – Ready for pick up is a new status. Right after creation of the order customer can change the status to ”ready for pick up” and through the system inform courier company when orders are ready to be collected which will minimize the waiting time of the company for collecting of the orders as they will be aware that orders are ready.
Added visibility of the warehouse name for the customers 🔎 – It is a new feature in tracking where you can see your order in which warehouse name of the warehouse will be visible.
Service Type – Added to default Runsheet PDF
Finance Settlement – Order search is fixed
Customization for OTP SMS on delivery 🚚 – This new feature is added added. Resend OTP logic also added.

New fields available in AWBZ customization 📭 – A “fragile” label which is attached to the case like an extra page if the order is selected as Fragile
Driver assigned 🚚 – This field was added to the Dynamic CSV file
CITC integrations – These were enhanced to capture more information
Added Vehicle, Driver image, License and ID upload – These options were added to Driver and Vehicles section
Driver registration private APIs released – This will allow crowd sourcing driver app model
Issues fixed for city not found error ❎ – This was done by providing address text / pin location in the API request
Salla.sa integration – Enhanced for Payment type and City mapping
Driver allocation rule – This with Service type selection will now work with other conditions
Driver allocation rule on Allocate by Proximity, Assign Type📍 – Broadcast or One by One, then issues are fixed for push notification and frequency of notification
SLA management rule fixes – This is done for checking orders in intervals and highlighting them in red in orders section when a condition is met
Create order button 🆕 – This is added in customer backend to open create order form with one click
Map view fixes 🗺️ – Driver counts fixed in the by driver view, live tracking for driver upgraded, push notifications and allocation by proximity upgraded.
