Installation guide

1. Unzip and upload the extension files to hosting.

2. In order to configure, there are two places to configure.

Go to the System->Configuration and Select Shipox Tab, General Settings. Fill the forms as your wish like below screenshot:

  • First enter your Shipox Account Credentials and Click Get Token
  • If you are going live, Test Mode field should be No
  • If your order creation version is 2, New model should be Yes
  • There is two Marketplaces, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, So Base country should be selected based on what marketplace you are related
  • Latitude / Longitude is required field, so please add your location point

Go to the Settings -> Configuration -> Sales -> Shipping Methods and select Shipox Delivery Tab

  • To Enable or Disable Shipox Packages on Checkout Field, Enabled for Checkout – Yes
  • If your store has not International COD, make sure you made No for International Cash On Delivery field
  • Allowed Payment depends on agreement with Shipox, mostly Credit Balance should be selected

Make sure that credentials you were provided are right. Make sure that this account in proper instance (Test mode or not). Ask from provider company manager to check login\password.

Separate by comma without spaces; fill this field like {latitude},{longitude}.

Ask your provider company managers to activate Credit balance for your account.

Yes, it is required field, Carrier options also known as Service types are packages for delivery, they have estimate price. There can be several reasons why you don’t have any carrier options field values:

  • Your credentials may be wrong;
  • In provider system you don’t have any packages or there are rules that conflict with your configurations.
In Magento V2 Shipox plugin there is no implementation for such case.
If you get package price not found error:
  • Check package rules in Shipox dashboard if you have any package rules.
  • If package rules are created check if conditions do not conflict with your request locations or customer account.
